Interview
It was quick. Initially, I had the phone interview, and then went on a face-to-face interview. Afterwards, I went to the site for a quick tour of the unit where I will be working.

long process but once the ball gets rolling it is quick. will speak to a panel of staff be ready to discuss behavioral questions. strengths, weakness, why uchi. make sure ton talk about magnet status.

Interview
It was a Zoom Interview, with the nurse managers and assistant manager of the floor. Also, afterwards it was a peer interview with nursing staff on the floor. The interview lasted an hour total.
