I interviewed with HR. Then I met with the hiring manager and his manager. Finally, I interviewed with the VP. I was told in the last interview they wanted to move quickly. I waited over 2 weeks and reached out to the recruiter I’ve worked with and she ignores my email. I wait another week and follow up with her again and I get no response. I wait another 2 weeks (over 5 weeks from interview) and she responds immediately saying they are still actively interviewing and she’ll let me know. Now, another month has gone by with no response. The recruiter has been unprofessional with updates. I’ve invested hours in the process with no communication.
