The overall interview experience is smooth. It was done via team meeting. There were 2 stage of interview and i managed to pass both processes. There were 3 panels involved i.e. 1 person from Human Resource personnel, 2 were from the hiring department.

The interview was surface and not in depth. Interviewer and HR were not matured and experienced in asking questions. Not relevant to the role applied. Interviewers should be prepared before interviewing a candidate
