Very laid back and was more relationship oriented. Still had your typical interview questions but more conversational. You typically get interview by people in the department you are applying for.

Interviewing process was thorough yet streamlined. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Experienced and applicable interviewers as well as a fantastic recruiter. Always knew where they were with next steps.

Interview
Phone interview with hiring manager and then a follow up interview with HR to review benefits and other questions pertained to the role. Zoom interview lasted for sixty minutes with conversational questions about experience.
1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews. 3 week process.
Phone interview with HR head and then interviewed with underwriting management. Last interview was 1 on 1 with head of underwriting. Nothing too difficult.
