I submitted my CV through UK CAA Careers website and one week after applications deadline, I received an e-mail bringing details regarding interview scheduling with detailed information related to the position and UK CAA rewards and benefits policy. I was advised that I would receive a mail with some technical questions that should be discussed during the interview. On interview date, I received the e-mail with the technical questions and startet to prepare for the interview. The interview happened with three evaluators who argued me regarding my previous experience trying to get how I should tackle with different possible situations on the position under consideration. In my opinion the interviewers were very nice all the time making the whole interview very smooth.
