The interview process was something different and it did bring me out of my comfort zone, I did enjoy it overall and even more so once everyone built up the courage to talk to each other. Having worked at a similar likeminded (and unique in terms of office design) hosting provider in Manchester upon applying I thought that I may be have been a potential suitable fit for UKFast.. It appears I wasn't. I think group interviews are only suitable for those who have an outgoing personality and thus will be noticed, those who don't will be declined.
