4 stage interview, 3 online tests on top of it, job spec doesn't match the role, interviewers do not pass gathered knowledge about the candidate, role miss-advertised (lead architect but 20% it's a break fix! ), company IT structure seems to be upside down (lead architect reports to network team leader with according to LI has CCNA only), one of the questions sounded like interviewer don't have a clue how to setup the cloud and was trying learn from me (!), expecting from candidate to do everything (junior tutoring, problem mgmt, network service owner), stage 3 interview rushed through by interviewer with no a single smile on his face. I didn't get a job because: I never owned responsibility for the whole organisation network (who does in these days!?), I apparently was talking in a negative way about my previous employers (what!? It's a shame that interview is not recorded). Finally, I haven't had architect experience at the required level (I'm accepting only this). But who would like to be an architect who does "mopping everywhere?"
