The recruiters have little to no clue what is required of the job, they only look for key words and phrases. They took over 6 weeks to get back to me despite emails and phone calls - horribly inefficient. One of the lead recruiters uses Excel as his tool to track information instead of their own software. A dev manager on platform was not interested or engaging in conversation and I felt lacked professional experience to interview let alone make a decision.
