Weeks later a recruiter called for screening and schedule first interview.
Recruiter sent Predictive Index Behavioral Test.
Three Interviews:
Interview with hiring manager "Getting to know each other" - about a week from screening.
Technical Interview "Getting to know your coworkers" about two weeks from manager interview.
Manager Panel "Supposedly behavioral" about two weeks from Technical interview.
The recruiter felt disconnected and sometimes would email very late night to schedule.
Emailed me saying that wanted to speak I sent availability and never heard back from the recruiter again.
The tale of two companies with very different cultures being forced on each other.
Since the first interview I was able to perceive what is said on the employee reviews here on GD. Ultimate vs Kronos was very well perceived by me during the interview process. Ultimate seems to have had a nice culture but Kronos not much, you get interviewed by personnel that identify themselves as Legacy Ultimate or Legacy Kronos and it seems that both have to like you to move forward.. By the third interview I lost interest. They seemed dysfunctional and the position description was all honey.
