After being blown off by HR for 2 phone interviews in a row and 3 weeks passing, I pursued the other position I applied for and was able to get a face-to-face interview. I was able to take time out of work to get there, and changed into my suit in my car. The interview seemed very nice. I answered all of the questions to the best of my ability with it being on the spot.
