After applying, I received an email inviting me to an online HR meeting, which lasted about 1 h, while I received feedback afterwards that my experience did not match their current needs. I understand this decision, because I had never worked in a software house before, so this would be a new adventure for me. Overall, I rate the whole process very well, despite the negative feedback.
