The hiring process is very professional and I am impressed of the outcome. Most companies I have interviewed for use a tactic of beating you down and making you feel worth less than you really are. This is not the case at Ullink. I was treated like a peer throughout all three meetings. The first meeting was just to get acquainted with the company and it's business model. The second meeting was a technical interview where I was asked general programming questions and not about particularities of some exotic frameworks. In the third meeting I was presented with a written offer that met my expectations.
