Smooth and friendly organize an ask question Good environment Can tell a lot of experience and knowledge sharing Nice coworker Good pay for entry And travel a lot. Can get a lot of exposure. Good training
Generally Nice. 3 turns and basically it is nice. They don't ask many technical questions. But brace yourself, and make sure you look smart, passionate and nice, Japanese language is an important skill.
The recruiter reached out to me immediately after sending in my resume saying that the hiring team had already reviewed it (doubtful given the time of reply). Was offered an interview that I agreed to. Then they didn't call. I reached out after with no reply. If they cancelled the interview, I would understand, but ghosting after scheduling is just rude.
