I applied online Got the 1st HR meeting she loved my profile set up Hiring manager round instantly! After a week i had hiring manager round where they never asked any questions and explained me the role and asked about my background although i did not have a finance back ground he wanted me to go onsite for interview. Then i have 2 and half hour interview and waited for 3 weeks for them to come back to me and say I did not have finance background which was a waste of time for me even to do the interview!
