Round robin interview for many hours with COO, Director of Operations and various team members that you would be working with. Pretty good process overall, albeit a bit intimidating

Interview
The process was long and very time consuming. Spent over a month and about 10 hours in person interviewing for the position. Position was very operations based so not sure why so much time was spent. Felt like they were more interested in if they would like me as a person rather I could do the job and do the job well.
