I applied for a managerial position and checked the job board posting weekly. There was no communication until I actually had a phone interview which translated into a 1:1 onsite interview which went very well! The onsite interview went very well and then again there was no communication for 3 months until I received a canned email stating I did not get the job,

Question 1
There were no behavioral questions asked. There was a panel of interviewers and they all told me about the expectations and role of the job. Each interviewer asked me questions about my experience and they all expressed their excitement about having me join the team.
I was contacted about a day after I applied online and then scheduled an onsite interview for about a week after. I had taken time off of work and bought a suit. I was contacted less than 24 hours before the interview that they went with another candidate, even though I never had the opportunity to do the interview, and cancelling the day before the interview is wildly unprofessional. No explanation whatsoever and wasted my time

Thorough process. Starts with Talent Acquisition screen then on to multiple rounds. There were three rounds of interviews, with substantial time spent. I was interviewed by potential boss and potential employees also.
