Applied online through their New Graduate program. My application was sent to the hiring manager for one of my preferred units. The hiring manager contacted me to talk a little about the unit and hospital. We scheduled an interview from there.

Very efficient and simple process. I received an email and 5 days later I had my interview. All staff was very welcoming and attentive to questions. They also did a lot of talking and asked behavioral questions
