Interview
It was a 3 hour interview with 9 different people, which is extensive in my opinion. If someone had a full-time job, would they really be able to take 3 hours out of their workday for an interview? STAR method based- behavioral questions.

The interview process at this organization was relatively quick and painless, compared to what I have experienced with other organizations. I completed one phone screen, one panel interview and one presentation to a panel of interviewers.
