After accepting offer, I had to choose between two start dates which were not far at all. I did my drug test that same weekend, they did a background check, they did call my current employer, and I had bloodwork done.

The interview took 40-50 minutes, they asked about 15 questions, and later showed me around the clinic. Both HR and supervisor were in the interview. Most of the questions were “what would would you do” or similar questions.
