Interview
The interview process for a bedside nurse was fairly easy. They use the STAR method, which is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing.

The interview was very similar to the S.T.A.R. method. As long as you're prepared with scenarios you've experienced that demonstrate the method, you'll be considered for the next round of interviews.

Interview
Smooth and comfortable. I enjoyed how transparent they were and how willing to work with my needs. They gave me a chance with little experience as a bee nurse. I also had the option to work PRN if I would like to try other places as well.
