Interview
It was a competency based interview with a panel of three. A total of five questions were asked related to five competency criteria. The guideline for competency based interviews is available online. Prepare relevant examples from previous work experience.

Share an experience where you demonstrated innovative thinking in work
Competitive based interviews with 5 questions. Motivation question was first and then several technical questions. It is extremely important to prepare for such interview in advance. Study as many competitive based questions as possible and memorize answers. Practice each question. Interview is about 30 min long.

First you undergo a Written interview which is largely technical in your field of work. Preparation is required (from policy issues to practice)- 3 or more questions This is followed by competency based interview

A competency-based interview with a panel of 4 people. Each asked one question only, which I had 5 minutes to answer based on past experience. It followed the classic STARR format for competency-based questions.
