The interview was competency-based, it had a good flow and felt like an open conversation. Questions were presented directly and they were concrete and clear. There were country-specific questions for this interview.

Talking about my experience with government counterparts in project coordination.
Asked a lot of question about background and future aspirations. Also, questions about the program itself and had expectation to be prepared and have a lot of background knowledge about organization and the program interview lasted approximately thirty minutes

After a Written exam, I got a phone call and an email to notify me that I was invited to an online interview. it was a Zoom interview with 3 examiners, the whole session was 15 mins long, started with a self-intro and each examiner asked one question, ended with a question asked by me.
