UNDP Indonesia (based in Jakarta) I got an email for an internship invitation after one month of the online application. The interview was held for 20-30 minutes. Panel interview: 3 people from UNDP and the candidate. The questions are very technical and it was only covered the minimum requirements from the TOR

Why do you want to apply? Technical questions related to communication division, public relations, dissemination, and branding, as well as the development and management. When will you be available to start the internship?
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
