The interview delved mostly into the applicant's experience regarding the role, as well as their future plans. Some other questions included were motivations to pursue a career in development and interests within the realm of development work.

The interview process was very long. It took them more than a month to inform me about the interview, and the same amount of time after the interview. But the interview was nice, not easy at all. They want to hear your opinion about the stuff related to their cluster.

Was about 3 rounds with a complex practice test testing for various relevant skills. Make sure to do research on the initiatives happening on a global level to reference in the interview. It will also help give you opportunities to find areas to connect with.

The interviewer was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, it takes 30 mins longs. will take about why you match this position and also your project experienced. also team work
