Detailed interview process with Written and Interview stages. It is base on your competency and resume. Also good to learn about the company background on the website as well. Some key issues base on the Terms of Reference need to take extra steps in preping.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.

It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
