It was the UN competency-based interview with several questions (3-4). After the introduction round, two interviewers took turns asking questions. For every question the specific situation based on the past experience was needed.

Questions were sought examples that were relevant to position.
Interviewees were the program team, no HR staff present.
Immediately got the sense that they were satisfied with my responses.
