Interview
Sat in room with 2 managers and they asked basic questions about what I planned on studying, what I wanted to do for a career, and what I hoped to learn at the IOL. There were no real grilling questions that I can recall.

Interview
Pretty simple. Met with the hiring managers, they described the company and asked about my work ethic. Make sure that you are genuine and open with them. They understand that as students we have many other responsibilities and they are flexible. They ask that you don't take work hours for granted because you are allowed to make your own work schedule.
