      The interview consists of written test and an interview. there are usually 10 persons selected for the written test and 4 persons are called to the interview. the interview is usually with HR, manager and one more person and it is competency based interview. you can look up the qs on the internet.

      the written interview had 5 questions: 4 related to a project proposal ( realize budget, make a note for the specialist to sum up the project, what are the missing pieces of the project and how to make it better). the interview is competency based interview. and they analyze communication, drive for results, working with people, planning, knowledge.

      It is a competency based interview. They ask you questions based on your past professional experiences and how you handled certain situations. Usually there is a HR person and 2 to 3 sometimes 4 staff members who are part of the team.

      The interview for position in Kiev Ukraine was held in 3 or 4 stages, all remote - starting with email assignment, several skype conversations and written tasks on translation and organisational sckills. Very professional staff. All as described on their website.
