I completed the extensive online application, then was contacted via email to take a written test online at a certain date/time. At the time, they sent me a test with reference files, one of which was corrupted. I replied to alert the staffer, but they did not reply.
I completed the 2+ hour written exam, sent it in, but HR neglected to send even a form letter rejection. After a significant time investment, UNICEF lacked the common courtesy to ever send a reply.
