      Education Consultant Interview

      3 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Kabul
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNICEF (Kabul) in Nov 2015

      Interview

They contacted me for an interview about a month after I applied. The interview was very short - maybe 30 minutes, and via Skype (no video). The questions were very technical - not competency based at all. After a few days, they contacted me to share two reference letters, which I submitted within the week. After that, the process took a lot longer. They finally contacted me for my professional fee about two and a half weeks later.
