Recorded interview at a set time. Was asked questions and had a few minutes to think about a response and then recorded answers. I was asked 4 questions based on my strengths and why I was suited to the role and how I would deal with certain circumstances.
Met with 2 other senior leaders it was a very smooth and positive experience. I think they were looking for extremely extroverted, energetic people who are passionate, and the test / project that they gave out was quite difficult
