It was a group interview. It had an overall chill environment and it was straightforward, each candidate had fair turns to answer questions. It lasted around half an hour give or take.

They asked me a lot of questions. Aside from the store manager, the HR rep. and another supervisor was present for the interview. Pretty straight forward questions involving behavioral and other experiences.
Group interview, asking about previous customer service roles mostly. Asked about what we know about uniqlo and why we like the brand - you should talk about their choice of materials and the classic, timeless and versatile look of the clothes
