* Attention to Detail Test – written test. I found it absolutely ridiculous. A paper with 10 exercises like:
- tell me how many G and M you have in this paragraph.
- find the difference between these 2 pictures, etc.
I found it completely absurd to be honest (considering also the seniority of the role), and gave me the idea that it wasn't the right company for me. You "sell" the company outside as an innovative startup and you select people based on the ability to count 35 G and 14 M in a paragraph?
Ridiculous.
