I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UNorth in Oct 2014
Interview
Very meticulous and questions asked did not pertain to job functions. They were more focused on one's personality rather than the skill set that is needed for the job. I wasn't really asked about my qualifications and it seems that certain points I have brought out was not relayed to next interviewer and to the higher-ups who gave me a 2nd interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UNorth
Interview
Applied online in June and was contacted within a week by a recruiter to set up a time for a phone interview. I replied to schedule a time and never heard a response from that recruiter. I chose to dismiss it as the job was a very far commute for me. Then in August I was contacted again for an interview by a different recruiter.
The phone interview did not address my experience it basically consisted of: are you eligible to work in the U.S? Are you capable of working 40 hours per week? Do you have transportation? During the phone interview the recruiter scheduled an in person interview for later on that week.
The in person interview was pretty straightforward. I interviewed primarily with the recruiter then the recruiter went to go "find" other people to interview with me. I interviewed with one other person who was a part of the team and that was it.
I have already decided that the commute is a deal-breaker for me and I have chosen to not proceed with further interviews.

Question 1
I was asked to write a short marketing oriented copy piece during the interview about a small water bottle. Not an exactly difficult task, just a bit unexpected.
I had a phone interview, after being contacted via email. The questions were very easy. It didn't seem like the interviewer had reviewed my resume before she started asking me questions. She read the questions from a prepared sheet and stated the number of each question before asking. There were no follow up questions asked.
