I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UOL Group
Interview
Very straightforward interview questions. The HR and the supervisor were very nice during the interview process. The application process was not that tedious and required minimal documents. Only required 1 round of interview after submitting application, this made the process a lot easier.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UOL Group (Singapore) in Aug 2024
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, but declined as pay range was too low. The pay range was subsequently revised and I was shortlisted for an interview. Met the Deputy CFO, Finance rep and one HR. Started off with the usual introduction, then a "do you have any questions", probably a bid to end the interview in haste. There was questions on my current work, and followed by some mocking of current workload vs pay, calculation of my age and other mild derogatory comments on why am I applying for this role.
On a bright note, the rejection notification came less than 24 hours later for a quick ending. The hiring team probably already had someone to offer but failed to cancel ongoing interviews for unknown reasons.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UOL Group
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview including a written test. My interviewers were the direct supervisor of the department, the HR and the senior management. Questions vary from educational background, working experiences and personality questions.
