Interview
There are two to three rounds of technical interviews. First screening is based on CV and a telephonic interview. They will ask for personal interview if you present yourself as a good candidate in the initial screening.

Some scenario-based questions pertaining to distillation column, equilibrium diagrams etc.
The process was very structured and organised. 1st call was on video & next in-person. Both the experiences were great and the interviewers made me comfortable. Soon after i was also given an assignment to be completed with the span of time.

Its quite good telephonic followed by two round of personal interview, and if you know technical then its easy to crack
Ask what you want with HR and take the offer at last stage
