Interview
I've one interview so far. I was asked how my experience and personal achievements are in alignment with the five beliefs that UPMC employees should possess. I was then provided a tour of the facility and educated on how a work day would be and how I would function as an integral role within the facility. I should mention that this interview was for employment at a Assisted Living facility. I just had the interview therefore I selected no offer since it will be a few days until I receive a call.

process easier! I also was given the option to shadow!
