There was none. The interviewer suddenly called without warning or communication, demanded that I stay on the phone and answer all the questionnaires she had and finish it quickly. If not, I would be forfeiting the job. This brings two legitimate concerns:
1. UPS Canada is hiring people randomly. They do not employ any amount of diligence, and surely it will impact the kind of service the company will be able to provide if they keep on hiring the wrong people while succeeding to drive away the right ones.
2. Their hiring department is filled with incompetent people that will ruin company culture, image, and sabotage their entire personnel. The ultimate proof being that they hired a discriminatory, unprofessional person that does not even know how to talk without being rude, and treats perspective employees as worthless. She sounds very uneducated, thoughtless and has no information about what the company does when asked, and yet she is in charge of hiring people who will make up the company.
