I applied online and was called for an interview. The interview was pretty informal. It was me and my immediate supervisor/mentor. The questions were typical interview question. After the interview, I was showed around the office and left.

Interview
The whole process from me applying to getting the offer only lasted a week. I got a call the very next day after I applied. Was asked a few questions about myself and availability, all went through fine, then I was called for a personal interview. It lasted barely 30 minutes, was asked very basic questions about programming and database. I was asked to wait for a call. Next day I get a call and they offer me the position. The background check took 3 days after that.
