Interview
Intense. You can select from either a 2-4 year ROTC program at a college/university, apply for an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy, or apply for selection into Officer Training School if you already have a 4-year degree complete. Your interview process is your ability to pass fitness standards, security clearance requirements, academic and leadership evaluations in one of the three training programs mentioned above.
