Terrible, questions are tailored to achieve a certain result. They have a pre-determined selection that the interview is geared to achieve. If you arent already doing the job you are interviewing for its nearly impossible to have a good interview you feel positive about afterwards.

Interview
Many of the positions in the Army do not enjoy a typical interview, most of the work is done electronically through the USAJOBS website and later by qualification questions. Ironically, one's integrity can hinder your chances do to the lack of follow-up except for clearance investigations. There are times I wondered if someone said they were astronaut, it would be accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Army (Newark, NJ) in May 2015

Phone interview with recruiter. Was able to fully assess my skills over the phone. Interview felted rushed. Was not fuller clear on the job requirements which were very broad. Interview did not seem qualified to interview for the position being offered. No follow up. Face to face interviews are best for me and serve a better purpose,
