Interview
The interview process began of a submitting all previous performance reports and training. The human resources official prepared a packet of the 10 most qualified canidates which were offered an interview. The interview was conducted by a three person pannel, they each wrote and asked 3 questions. The questions were about teamwork, motivation, multi-tasking, and planning.

Describe a situation where you had to tell your commanding officer that the training could not be conducted and what was the result.

Interview
The interviewer got all my past experiences and then asked many questions my past track record. Then the interviewer asked me my goals and what I could bring to the company. Also asked what type of problems have I solved in previous situations I was in.

The interview process was not very difficult, as long as you prepared canned answers for generic questions like "what are you greatest strengths or weaknesses?, tell me about a time you overcame a difficult task, etc."
