The interview process was pretty standard. I did an online application through the portal. I also had an in-person interview where the officer provided his recommendation. Part of the application process is writing a personal narrative and getting letters of recommendation.

Interviewed at the law school. Asked a lot about leadership experience, what type of physical activities, etc. I liked to do in my spare time (although I heard this isn't usually asked of interns).
