Interview
First all you have to submit a resume along with an application also a questionnaire. The reply back time is a wait, so don't think your going to hear back within two weeks. Then if your selected you will be sent an email or given a call to set up further instructions for yur interview. Once your interview appointment is made you will be given a call. I interview with the commander who was also my boss.

Interview
Interviewed one-on-one, in person. Spoke about my experience and knowledge of the Army Reserves. Talked to me about the position and what the requirements would be. Asked what I would do in certain frequent situations.
