Interview
Interview consists of prequalification followed by what is called the Enlistment Screening Test to see if you have the mental capacity to pass the ASVAB. You will then take a urinalysis, and fill out the necessary paperwork for a background investigation. While your background checks are being processed, you will be required to bring in your supporting documents such as birth certificate etc. After all of this, you will take the ASVAB, a physical, and be offered a job based on your aptitude scores.
