Submitted resume, got a phone call and was asked for an interview in person. Basic question and answer show, asked about experience, what you did, how long you worked. Then there's a tour of the place from the supervisor. They show you what the work is like, and what you'll be doing there as the new employee. You'll also meet some of the managers and get to talk to them, like meeting someone new, nothing serious.
