Interviewed in person with management. Thirty minutes long, not much time for my own questions but they asked enough. Balance of technical and behavior-type questions were asked. Brought product in and gave it to me to test, asked questions to see my answers.

I went to an open interview and was offered the job the same day. After checking in I was called to do the Purdue pegboard dexterity test. Then I was interviewed by three people at the at once. Interview
Initial phone interview and then an online personality test. In person interview was with HR and 3 different line supervisors. Went back to other days to do line walkthroughs where they actually have you try to do some of the different production tasks.
