Interview
My resume was sent to the Director by former colleagues. A few months later, I got a call for an interview. I first had an interview with the "right hand man" of the Director and then an interview with the Director and Assistant Director.

Question 1
The interview was focused on both my technical skills and my "soft skills." They wanted to find out how well I work with others, how flexible I was, etc. They asked about my employment during HS (even though I was more than a decade out of HS).

Interview
I Interviewed with the International Programs department. There were 5 rounds of interviews with different people starting from admin and operations to senior program managers to the director. Questions felt a bit repetitive after the first two rounds but questions were pretty standard overall.
