Formal. Interviewers were looking for a particular candidate that fit their specific description of what they wanted in an employee. For being a sales interview, the experience was very cold and unappealing.

Interview
It was an all day interview with several of the companies long standing employees. They each spoke to me individually and then at the end of the day, I had dinner with the senior member to discuss the out look for the position and any questions or concerns I might have.
