OCS, TBS, and MOS school; rigorous courses that you must pass to become an Officer in the US Marine Corps. The most important thing in the interview process is to maintain your physical fitness. This is really the only metric they have to judge you on your leadership abilities prior to actually being commissioned.

10 weeks of physical fitness assessments, leadership challenges, and academic assessments. Come in shape and don’t give up. You will learn a lot about yourself in those 10 weeks, and you will be challenged in new ways.

You will have to study history, tactics, and procedures.
Apply through an Officer Selection Officer. They will screen applicants and conduct interviews. Additionally, physical fitness tests will be required as well as medical screening. This will likely take a several weeks to a few months.

Have you ever consumed illegal drugs or abused alcohol or prescription medications
More rigorous than I realized - borderline unprofessional behavior from interviewers. Interview process was also fairly extended. I was expecting about an hour - ended up leaving a few months later with a bad haircut. Overall highly recommend.
